  • Membership and billing data: tier, payment method (tokenised, not stored on our servers), invoices.
  • Booking activity: courts reserved, times, sports, guests, and cancellations.
  • Lesson and program activity: clinics registered, attendance, coach notes.
  • Communications: messages with the desk team, support tickets.
  • Device data: IP address, browser, and device type for security and analytics.

How we use your data

  • Operate your account and process bookings.
  • Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations).
  • Provide customer support and respond to your messages.
  • Improve programs based on aggregate participation data.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Marketing communications

We will only send marketing emails (programs, promotions, club news) if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email or from your dashboard.

Sharing your data

  • Service providers: payment processors, email/SMS providers, and infrastructure vendors under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Coaches and program staff: your name, level, and program registration so they can run sessions effectively.
  • Legal authorities: if required by law or to enforce our terms.
  • We never sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting requirements. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

  • Access: download a copy of your account data.
  • Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete data from your dashboard.
  • Deletion: request that we erase your account and associated data.
  • Portability: export your booking and membership history.
  • Opt-out: turn off marketing communications.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for session management and analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

Security

We use industry-standard practices: TLS for all traffic, hashed passwords (Argon2id), least-privilege access, and audit logging on sensitive operations.

Children

Junior memberships are managed by a parent or guardian. We collect minimal data on minors and only what is needed to operate junior programs.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
