Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, booking a court, or using any Courtline Racquet Club service ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Members under 18 require a parent or guardian to accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Memberships and fees

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the cycle you have paid for.
• Pause periods (up to 90 days per year) are available without fee.

4. Bookings and cancellations

• Court reservations are subject to availability and your membership tier.
• Free cancellation up to 6 hours before start time. Cancellations within 6 hours forfeit the slot.
• Repeated no-shows may result in shortened booking windows.
• Programs (clinics, leagues, camps) follow program-specific cancellation rules disclosed at registration.

5. Conduct on premises

Members and guests must follow posted rules at each venue, treat staff and other members with respect, and supervise minor children. Courtline reserves the right to suspend access for serious or repeated violations.

6. Guests

Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Guests must complete a one-time waiver before play and abide by all club rules.

7. Lost or damaged property

Courtline is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Lockers are provided for daily use; please remove belongings at the end of your visit.

8. Photography

Courtline may capture photos and video at events for promotional use. If you prefer to opt out, notify the desk team in writing.

9. Modifications to the service

Courtline may modify or discontinue features, programs, hours, or facility access at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Limitation of liability

Use of the facility carries inherent risk. By using the Services, you assume responsibility for risk of injury and release Courtline, its staff, and contractors from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

Courtline may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, repeated facility violations, or non-payment.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
